ANBIZA handles residential and commercial projects from permitting through final walkthrough under our own Virginia Class A license. Drafting and fabrication support that work directly, so a project we run does not depend on an outside architect or an outside metal shop to move forward.
Also Available as a Subcontractor
On projects where another firm holds the prime contract, we bring that same in-house capability to the table as a subcontractor. We regularly partner with general contractors and developers across the DC, Maryland, and Virginia region on projects where our drafting, fabrication, and installation add value an existing team does not already have. That includes 2D and 3D drawings, permit-ready drafting sets, and custom stairs, railings, canopies, and architectural metalwork fabricated to your project’s specifications.
One Subcontract Instead of Two
When drafting and fabrication come from the same subcontractor, you are not coordinating a separate architect’s timeline against a separate metal shop’s production schedule on top of your own. We manage that internal handoff ourselves, which means fewer vendor touchpoints on your end and one point of accountability if a detail needs to be resolved between design and fabrication.
Licensed, Insured, and Federally Registered
ANBIZA holds a Virginia Class A Contractor license covering both residential and commercial work, carries full general liability and workers’ compensation insurance, and maintains an active SAM.gov registration. We are also SBA-certified as a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) and Veteran-Owned Small Business (VOSB), along with Virginia SWaM and DVS certification and Maryland VSBE certification, credentials that can also help a prime contractor meet subcontracting goals on set-aside work.
Where This Fits
As a general contractor, we take on residential additions and renovations, commercial build-outs and tenant improvements, and government projects under our own contract. As a subcontractor, we take on drafting alone, fabrication alone, or both together as one coordinated scope. For larger projects, we also offer pre-construction consulting to help refine scope and identify cost drivers before a contract is finalized.
