We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee residential and commercial construction projects from pre-construction through delivery. You will manage subcontractors, budgets, timelines, and client communication on active projects across the DMV.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations on active construction sites
- Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and inspections
- Track project budgets, schedules, and milestones
- Communicate project status to clients and leadership
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
Requirements
- 3 or more years of construction project management experience
- Experience with residential and commercial projects
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Familiarity with DMV permitting and code requirements preferred
ANBIZA is hiring skilled metal fabricators and installers for our in-house fabrication team. You will fabricate and install cable railings, glass railings, metal stairs, architectural metalwork, and custom structural elements for residential and commercial clients.
Responsibilities
- Fabricate metal components including railings, stairs, and structural systems
- Install finished systems on residential and commercial job sites
- Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Maintain quality standards and safety protocols on all work
Requirements
- 2 or more years of metal fabrication or installation experience
- Proficiency with welding, cutting, and metal forming tools
- Ability to read technical drawings
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
We are looking for an experienced Construction Estimator to support our growing project pipeline. You will prepare detailed cost estimates for residential renovations, commercial build-outs, and specialty metal systems projects.
Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate cost estimates from drawings, specs, and site visits
- Solicit and review subcontractor and supplier quotes
- Support proposal development and client presentations
- Track material pricing and maintain estimating database
Requirements
- 3 or more years of construction estimating experience
- Experience with residential and commercial project types
- Proficiency with estimating software
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
